2010-2011 School Year...

RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE:  $125.00 PER STUDENT

This non-refundable fee must accompany each student's application to CCA.  $75.00 will be applied to the 2010-2011 tuition.

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE:  $125.00 PER NEW STUDENT

The registration fee is refundable if a student is denied admission. This fee will not exceed $300.00 per family and covers the costs of processing a new student including records, screening, testing, orientation, interview, and billing. This registration fee is due before any processing can take place.

STUDENT RESOURCE FEE: 

$325.00 PER STUDENT

This non-refundable fee is due for all returning students by July 1, 2010. New families will need to remit payment within two weeks of acceptance. This fee covers all textbooks, classroom novels (excluding Honors/AP), student planners, lab fees, locker fees, SAT testing, student association dues, classroom teaching supplements, technology support, library upgrades, student insurance, facility upgrades, and extracurricular activities including choir and drama.
Additional specialized electives and opportunities such as piano and band, graduation fees, sports fees, technology classes and Academic Center books are not included in this fee.

TUITION: Tuition may be paid in full at any time or paid monthly over a ten month period. Monthly payments are due the first of every month and begin August 1st. Tuition must be paid on or before the 10th of each month through FACTS tuition. To assist in the payment process, families will be billed each month. Credit card payments will not be accepted. A late payment will be assessed a $25.00 fee.

WITHDRAWAL FEE:  $500.00 PER STUDENT K-12TH GRADE

You are enrolling your child for the entire year; therefore budgets and teacher contracts are set accordingly. The early withdrawal of a student will create an opening, which CCA may not be able to fill. Students who withdraw anytime between July 1, 2009 and March 31, 2009, will be assessed a $500.00 withdrawal fee unless withdrawal is due to military orders or requested by the administration. Official transcripts, report cards, and records will not be released or sent to other schools with any outstanding balance including the withdrawal fee remaining at Cornerstone Christian Academy.

LUNCH PROGRAM:  Lunches are provided several days each week. A menu is sent out each month prior and needs to be returned before the next month begins. Payment will be billed on a monthly basis.

BEFORE / AFTER SCHOOL CARE (BASC)

Before and after school care begins at 6:00 a.m. before school and continues until 6:00 p.m. After school consists of homework room, organized games, gym time, movie time, as well as monitored free time. BASC is offered for 1 hour, 2-3 hours, 4-5 hours, and 6 hours or more. Please see the office for specific fees. No students are allowed to stay on campus unsupervised. All students remaining on campus after 3:15 will be checked into BASC and billed $5.00 per hour (or any part of that hour). If late pick ups become consistent, parents will be asked to place their student in BASC full time. There is an athlete's study hall provided on practice and game days at no charge.
