Extended Care

Before/After School Care (BASC)

Before and after school care begins at 6:00 a.m. before school and continues until 6:00 p.m. After school consists of homework room, organized games, school ball games, gym time, movie time, field trips, as well as monitored free time. BASC is offered for 1 hour, 2-3 hours, 4-5 hours, and 6 hours or more. Please see the office for specific fees. No students are allowed to stay on campus unsupervised. All students remaining on campus after 3:15 will be checked into BASC and billed $5.00 per hour (or any part of that hour). If late pick ups become consistent, parents will be asked to place their student in BASC full time. There is an athlete’s study hall for all ball team members provided on practice and game days at no charge.

BASC is available every school day except the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and the Friday before Christmas.  Though closed on most school holidays and Christmas break, BASC is open during spring break.

BASC will open for the school year on the first official day of school and will close the last official day of school.

Summer Day Camp and Year Round Pre-School

Year round pre-school and Summer Camp begin the first Monday after school dismisses for the summer. Information can be obtained from the Academy office.
